Society Memberships

How difficult is it to be part of the Nelson & Albemarle Railway Historical Society? Not that hard! We don't charge for membership and it's simple: Membership in NEARHS is provided on request. Special access is granted to background research data, photograph collection, memorabilia collection listing, and other normally non-public items. What really matters is contributing information that is NOT on the website. So if you have information that would be nice to share, write an article (we'll put it on the FRONT PAGE of the site! Specifically looking for detail on original #2 or #3, #8 (with a tender?), and the Plymouth DLC Type 6 that was acquired in a merger.

Remember special access means you get to the unscripted areas where a lot of general data that is not reviewed yet is held back from the main site. So, send nelsonalbemarl@comcast.net a request to become a member!
